Back then Hip Hop just had this hold on you, it was so raw. I dont knock any of the new stuff, but I’m glad to have lived through that point in time when all the elements of hip hop were represented.

I could be wrong but think that’s what he told me when it was shown at the Kings of the City festival in Harlem.
