Next month sees the release of a new DITC Studios compilation and a new David Bars solo album. DJ Premier, Buckwild, Lord Finesse, Showbiz, Da Beatminerz and Breakbeat Lou contribute to The Bar Code, while Showbiz handles the compilation exclusively. Hopefully Bars does another project entirely produced by Show at some point as well, based on how great Bars and Beats is. Meanwhile, it seems that Cory Gunz has been welcomed to the extended DITC crew based on his appearance on both albums.

Good stuff. I’ve loved everything DITC has dropped since their resurgence a couple of years ago. Had the pleasure of actually visiting DITC Studios for the Milano x Showbiz listening party. That place has an air of magic to it.
